We made spicy gochujang stir-fry with saesongi mushrooms that contain 10 times more vitamin C than enoki mushrooms and are good for antioxidant and anti-aging. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please prepare the ingredients first.
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into vertical slices for about 1cm apart.
STEP 2/8
Grease a frying pan with cooking oil and bake mushrooms over medium-low heat.

Make sauce in a bowl while baking mushrooms.
Add water-5 tbsp, red pepper paste-1 tbsp, red pepper powder-1/3 tbsp, sesame oil-1/2 tbsp, soy sauce-1/2 tbsp, sugar-1/2 tbsp, minced garlic-1/3 tbsp and mix well.
STEP 5/8
Pour the sauce over the baking mushrooms.
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry the sauce mixing with the mushrooms so that the mushrooms are well seasoned.
STEP 7/8
If you sprinkle sesame seeds, the spicy seasoning is excellent, and the stir-fried saesongi mushroom and red pepper paste is complete.
If you put it on a plate and have chives or green onions, it looks good if you chop it a little and put it on top of mushrooms.
