STEP 1/9
Dip 1kg of frozen LA ribs in cold water to remove blood.
Soak for 1 to 2 hours.

Cut the ingredients and prepare it
Put them all in a blender and grind them.

Cut radish, carrot, onion and green onion into big pieces.

In a large pot, add enough water to cover the meat, add soju, pepper, bay leaves, and even the blood-red LA ribs, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Make sure to wash the ribs boiled over high heat under running water and remove any impurities.

Place radishes and carrots in a large pot, pour LA ribs and seasonings as they are, and drag them over high heat first.

When it starts to boil, lower it to medium heat
Boil it for about 50 minutes.
STEP 8/9
If you look at it 50 minutes later, the broth is boiled down to 1/5 of the first amount, and the meat bones and flesh are cooked to the extent that they are easily separated.
STEP 9/9
Add onions and green onions, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Please remove the frozen LA galbi blood. Soak before cooking.
Blanching ribs is good for removing odors.
