Dried shiitake mushroom stir-fry - this is addictive~
What is dried shiitake usually used for? 1. I always use one or two to make soup. 2. Soak it and use it for japchae. 3. ........... Other than that... I can't think of anything. Misugi, a good cook, is made by soaking dried shiitake and frying it with oyster sauce. It's delicious

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water and cut them into 3-4 pieces.
STEP 2/9
Drain the fully-burned mushrooms by sieving them and press them down to drain them.
STEP 3/9
Put oil in a heated pan and stir-fry garlic.
STEP 4/9
Scoop the seeds and chop the green onions and peppers and stir-fry them with garlic.

Oyster sauce

Add pepper flakes

Stir-fry it well, please.
STEP 8/9
Add salty shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry them well.
STEP 9/9
Finish by sprinkling a little pepper and sesame seeds.
If you want something a little more spicy, stir-fry spicy peppers together. Squeeze the water containing the mushrooms when draining them through a sieve.
