Making fried rice and fried eggs
I always put fried eggs on fried rice and mixed it, so I made it as a late-night snack.

Ingredients
  • instant rice
    210g
  • Eggs
    3ea
  • leek
    15cm
  • Oyster sauce
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    0.5spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, I put cooking oil on the pan and stir-fried green onions.
STEP 2/7
Add green onion oil and stir-fry instant rice. I didn't microwave the rice separately and put it in.
STEP 3/7
When the rice is done, I added oyster sauce.
STEP 4/7
After the oyster sauce, I added sesame oil and mixed it.
STEP 5/7
And I cut the rice into three equal pieces to the size of a fried egg.
I made a space in the middle of the rice so that the egg doesn't spill to the side.
STEP 6/7
I peeled an egg on top of the rice and put it on top.
STEP 7/7
You can put the lid on, or if you don't have a lid, pour the cooking oil in the frying pan into the egg whites one by one until it's slightly cooked.
If you don't have green onions, you don't have to use them, and the sauce is delicious even if you use other sauces such as soy sauce, chicken stock, and salt instead of oyster sauce.
