  • Cream cheese
    300g
  • white sugar
    50g
  • condensed milk
    30g
  • Eggs
    100g
  • whipped cream
    140g
  • Soft flour
    5g
  • Salt
    1/8ts
  • Vanilla paste
    5g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Place at room temperature and stir in the softened cream cheese with a spatula.
Add the white sugar to the cream cheese and mix well.
STEP 2/6
Add room temperature eggs to cream cheese 2 to 3 times and mix evenly.
STEP 3/6
Add vanilla paste, salt and room temperature condensed milk and whipped cream and mix.
STEP 4/6
Sift the flour into the cream cheese mixture and mix with a spatula.
STEP 5/6
Sift the mixture of all ingredients through a sieve.
STEP 6/6
Pan the dough in a round mold and arrange the top evenly.
Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
