STEP 1/9
Boiling an egg
Boil 6 cups of water in a pot first.
Add 1T of salt and 1T of vinegar.
Please take it out to room temperature beforehand.
The first thing you should do when you boil an egg is to bring it to room temperature 2-3 hours before boiling. If the egg is boiled cold, it breaks.
STEP 2/9
When the water boils, carefully add the eggs and boil for 12 minutes.
STEP 3/9
After boiling for 12 minutes, soak the egg in cold water to remove heat.
And remove the skin.
I made eggs and quail eggs together. So I made 1.5x vinegar water.
STEP 4/9
Slice 100g of beet thinly.
STEP 5/9
Put pickle water ingredients in a pot.
Add 2 cups water, 1 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup cooking wine, 1/2 cup sugar, 1T salt, 1T whole pepper, 3 bay leaves, and 100g bits and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/9
When the water starts to boil, boil for another 3 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Pour the sifted pickle water into the prepared egg. I didn't have a glass container, so I put it in a container after it cooled down. If you're going to put it in a glass container, add the eggs and pour pickle water into the container right away.
STEP 8/9
If it's not fully covered, the color doesn't come out evenly. It's good to put it in a container and let it soak.
STEP 9/9
It's a happy egg pickle just by looking at it.
Make sure to put the eggs at room temperature beforehand.
