Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Spinach is short and has red roots, such as seomcho, Pohangcho, or Namhaecho.
STEP 2/8
The red part at the root is sweet and savory, so don't cut too much, just remove the tip slightly and grind it with a sheath.
STEP 3/8
Wash spinach immediately without soaking it in water.
There is a lot of soil stuck in the roots, so if you shake it, wash it repeatedly.

Boil the thick salt in boiling water for about a minute.
STEP 5/8
Take it out right away and rinse it in cold water.
STEP 6/8
Don't squeeze the water too hard. Squeeze it until there is some moisture left.
STEP 7/8
Sesame seeds and spinach go well together, so it's good to add a lot. Grind the sesame seeds and put them in.
STEP 8/8
Add garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame salt and mix well. If you use it as a ritual vegetable or a holiday vegetable, take out garlic.
You can season it with salt instead of soy sauce or skip garlic.
