Making a chicken swallow! Chicken sujebi with pancake mix. Yum y
My husband loves sujebi so much Instead of regular sujebi, it's full of chicken broth I wanted to cook it for you :) I used ingredients for a frozen chicken, but it's for two people Half of the fish and the overflowing broth were kept frozen! If you want to eat more than 2 servings, just eat one chicken I think you can use it!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
You have to make sujebi dough before cooking! I only have pancake mix in my house, so I'll make pancake mix ^^
And for those who use frozen chicken, the first thing you need to do before kneading is defrosting the chicken! Please ^^*
STEP 2/14
I added 1 cup and a half of the pancake mix and 60-70ml of water, so please add water little by little to the pancake mix and adjust the water!
(The pancake mix is seasoned, so I didn't add salt, but if you use regular flour, add a little salt! Put the dough in the refrigerator and let it ripen a little.)
STEP 3/14
First, I'm going to boil water for the chicken!
Add a big green onion
(Don't throw away boiled chicken water because it's used as broth
STEP 4/14
Put 10-15 whole garlics in here!
(I think I just put in a handful!)
It's better if you add onions to the chicken soup!
STEP 5/14
I will put some thawed chicken in water with green onions and garlic! Put the frozen chicken in cold water and rinse it when it melts a little! Chicken breast can reduce cooking time even more!
(I'm serving 2 people, so I used 1 chicken to freeze half chicken and half broth! If it's for 4 servings, you can use one chicken as it is.)
STEP 6/14
The chicken is not deeply submerged, so cut it into quarters and boil it in boiling water! Then, add 1 cup of soju to remove the smell. (If you want the chicken to cook well, it's good to add cuts in the chicken!)
STEP 7/14
When the chicken seems to be cooked to a certain extent, take it out of the broth and cool it down! (The water you took out will be used as the broth, so don't throw it away!! Remove the broth from the chicken broth, green onions, garlic, and onions
STEP 8/14
When the chicken cools down a bit, I'll put the bones on it!!
(The picture is one!^^ It's too much to cook the chicken to the inside, so I cooked it medium and cut the flesh out!)
STEP 9/14
Then, put the chicken in the broth and boil it again! If you add chicken, scoop chicken oil and other floating impurities into the broth and throw it away! That way, you can eat a clean chicken swallow^^
(If you're going to eat one, boil it as it is, and if you're going to use half, take out half of the chicken and put it in the freezer!)
STEP 10/14
When the chicken is well cooked, add potatoes and onions!
STEP 11/14
I'm going to put in the pumpkin, too!
(Potatoes, onions, and pumpkins can be added according to your preference! My house has frozen pumpkins, so it's frozen pumpkins ^^)
STEP 12/14
And then boil it! I like whole garlic in samgyetang, so when I put all the ingredients, I added about 10 more whole garlic^^
STEP 13/14
When vegetables start to rise from the broth, spread the sujebi thinly with your hands and put it in! And add 1 tsp soy sauce and 1/3~1/2 tsp salt! (I think you can adjust the liver according to your preference! Add that much soy sauce and season with salt if possible!)
STEP 14/14
Lastly, add green onion and hot pepper and boil it for 30 seconds over high heat, and you're done with the chicken swallow!
(If you add kalguksu instead of sujebi, it's chicken noodles! If you add udon noodles, it's chicken udon ^).^ I think it'll be delicious with any noodles!)
If you use a lot of soy sauce, it becomes dry and the color becomes murky, so it's better to add a little soy sauce and season it with salt!
