STEP 1/16
Ingredients:
200g of mushroom
200g of pasta
Raw parsley
a slice of garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
STEP 2/16
First, put 2L of water in a pot and boil it over medium heat. (About 1L of water for 100g of noodles)
STEP 3/16
Prepare the ingredients while the water boils.
Chop the mushrooms, please.
STEP 4/16
Slice the garlic thinly.
STEP 5/16
Collect a handful of raw parsley and shred.
STEP 6/16
When the water in the pot starts to boil, add the pasta noodles, add a spoonful of salt, and boil for about 9 minutes.
STEP 7/16
Pour enough olive oil into the pan, about five pounds.
STEP 8/16
Stir-fry chopped garlic in a pan until golden.
STEP 9/16
When olive oil smells of lightly browned garlic, add mushrooms and stir-fry until golden.
STEP 10/16
Season mushrooms with salt and pepper.
STEP 11/16
When the mushrooms are lightly pressed into the pan and stir-fried, add one or two teaspoons of noodles and mix well.
STEP 12/16
Add a little shredded parsley, please.
STEP 13/16
Cover and cook mushrooms over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Pour the noodle water once or twice as necessary to maintain the creamy mushroom.
STEP 14/16
Now, when the pasta noodles have been boiled to al dente, remove from the pan and cook for about 30 seconds.
STEP 15/16
If you add one or two ladles of boiled pasta noodles, a more creamy mushroom pasta is completed.
STEP 16/16
Lastly, sprinkle pepper and shredded parsley and mix well to complete the creamy Italian mushroom pasta.
