Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I prepared Samjin Fish Cake Square Fish Cake.
Cut the fish cake into small pieces and prepare it.
STEP 2/6
Blanch the fish cake lightly in boiling water
Prepare it by rolling it in cold water.

Ingredients for sauce in the pan
Add red pepper powder, red pepper paste, minced garlic, starch syrup, dark soy sauce, olive oil, and cooking wine and boil them.

When the sauce boils up
Add fish cake and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/6
If the fish cake goes well with the sauce
Add chopped Cheongyang red pepper and stir-fry it.

Sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds to wrap it up.
