STEP 1/16
I'll take out the oil for the tuna
STEP 2/16
Chop the onion and carrot.
It's good to use vegetables in the refrigerator. I wanted to add green vegetables for the color, but the refrigerator wasn't in a good situation. If you have zucchini or chives, please prepare them together.
STEP 3/16
Put 2T of sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry vegetables first.
STEP 4/16
Stir-fry the onions until they turn transparent.
STEP 5/16
Add rice and stir-fry together.
STEP 6/16
Add 4 cups of water, please.
It's even better to add Hwangtae broth.
STEP 7/16
If you add water, it becomes Han River. As you can see when you boil it, it's not a lot. It's better to boil the porridge in plenty of water from the beginning.
STEP 8/16
Bring to a boil over high heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 9/16
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for another 10 minutes.
You have to stir it well in between so that the rice doesn't get pressed in the pot.
STEP 10/16
Add 1T of tuna liquid and soy sauce.
STEP 11/16
In about 10 minutes, the water would have been reduced and the rice would have spread well. Bring to a boil until you feel a layer of water is applied over the rice.
STEP 12/16
Lastly, add the tuna.
Add tuna and mix it, taste it, and season it with soy sauce.
STEP 13/16
Add insufficient seasoning and remove from the heat.
If you're going to eat porridge right away, this is the perfect time. If you're going to leave it in the refrigerator and eat it, you need more broth. As the porridge cools, it absorbs more moisture, so if the broth is insufficient, it may turn into rice the next day.
STEP 14/16
Place gently in a bowl and garnish with seaweed flakes and sesame salt. It's tuna porridge that didn't take long. It's made of cold rice, but it looks pretty sticky, right?
STEP 15/16
It's really good if you take a bite with tuna like this. Sometimes when a large size tuna comes out while eating it, it's fun to eat it while liking Wang Geon-i~.
STEP 16/16
It's nice to start a hearty breakfast with a bowl of warm tuna porridge. I think simple canned tuna dishes are the best in the morning. Have a warm bowl of tuna porridge and have a warm day.
When you cook porridge, you need to stir-fry the ingredients first to taste savory. Make sure to stir-fry rice with it.
