I craved soju because it was raining in winter
I couldn't go anywhere due to COVID-19, so I made it simply at home, and my wife left a message saying that it was very delicious.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, set the sauce and make the sauce.
STEP 2/6
Filter the whelk in a strainer and wash it in water. (No kidding smell)
Because of the smell, I added cooking wine to control the fishy taste
STEP 3/6
Chop the prepared vegetables.
(If you live alone or don't eat at home often, you can keep green onions or peppers in the freezer for a long time.)
STEP 4/6
Mix vegetables, whelks, and seasonings in a bowl.
STEP 5/6
Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes at the end, strain them out, and wash them in cold water to feel the firm texture.
STEP 6/6
It's done
Cut out the whelk eggs if they're a little big!
