STEP 1/16
Prepare beef for the soup.
I bought a small cut at the butcher's...
It's about 270g^^
STEP 2/16
Soak the glass noodles in cold water for 50 minutes
STEP 3/16
Drain on a sieve.
STEP 4/16
Put water in a pot, dipori, anchovies, and kelp
Turn on the light.
If I fill my pot with water
There are 13 cups in it
STEP 5/16
Slice the radish flat into appropriate sizes
Boil it together in a pot.
STEP 6/16
Boil water in another pot while the broth is boiling
When the water boils up, add beef.
STEP 7/16
When it boils up and impurities come up, turn off the heat
STEP 8/16
Rinse in cold water with a sieve.
STEP 9/16
Rinse the beef right away
Put it in the broth pot and boil it together.
STEP 10/16
Turn it down to medium or low heat to simmer...
Cover and boil it until it's thickened.
The broth needs to be strong to make the soup cooler^^
I don't know the exact time...
Take out anchovies, kelp, and defoli after 20 minutes
I think I cooked it for about 20 more minutes.
STEP 11/16
Cut the green onions.
You can cut it, but I cut it long
So that it's easy for the picky eater to pick one out
STEP 12/16
1t of minced garlic,
Add anchovy sauce or 1T of soy sauce...
STEP 13/16
Add the green onions and boil a little more~
Use coarse salt for the rest of the liver.
STEP 14/16
If I stop here, it's beef radish soup
It's good if you just eat it without putting in the glass noodles
I'm going to put in the soaked noodles that children like.
It was hard to eat it all together, so I cooked it like this
STEP 15/16
Put the soaked glass noodles in a small pot and bring to a boil.
Soaked glass noodles should be boiled before eating.
STEP 16/16
I put in a lot of glass noodles
Slurp! Slurp! A bowl of (G)I-DLE
I left the remaining soaked glass noodles in the refrigerator
When you heat up the soup the next day
It's good without blowing
