Grilled eggplant with just one sauce, seasoned pumpkin
If you scoop a bowl of rice and eat it on top, it's a side dish of grilled eggplant and grilled pumpkin seasoned rice!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Make it with soy sauce 3, red pepper powder 1, sesame oil 1, half a tablespoon of fish sauce, half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and half a tablespoon of minced garlic, then chop Cheongyang red pepper and green onion (to match the amount of sauce).

I cut the eggplant and pumpkin into two pieces in the picture. You can cut it according to your favorite texture. If you cut it thickly, it takes too long to bake and it doesn't season well.(It's good to slice pumpkins slightly thinner than the picture.). Taste of texture!)

STEP 3/9
First, cook the eggplant in the pan over medium heat without oil. (If you grill the pumpkin first, you have to wash the pan when you grill the eggplant.)

When I grilled both of the eggplants, this much came out.Eggplants may feel smaller in volume than pumpkins If you have a large family or if you have a small amount, you can take out the pumpkin, but use all the seasonings made with four. (The above seasoning is for two eggplants and one pumpkin.)

Please leave half the sauce and mix it. It's grilled and squishy, so mix it well so that the seasoning is evenly between the wrinkles and sprinkle sesame seeds, and it's done with seasoned eggplants. ^^

Now, roast the pumpkin without oil.
*Unlike eggplants, pumpkins have more essence and moisture, making the pan yellowish. Roast until golden.

Put a kitchen towel on the pumpkin, remove the remaining moisture, and cool it down. I don't cringe as much as eggplants.

If pumpkin is also small, remove the eggplant and use both pumpkin and seasoning.
