STEP 1/22
Cut the green onion into 1/3 pieces.
STEP 2/22
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 3/22
Cut the spam into cubes of 0.7*0.7cm.
STEP 4/22
Put kimchi in a bowl and cut it into small pieces with scissors.
STEP 5/22
Put 3 to 4 spoons of canola oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onions over low heat.
STEP 6/22
When the scallions come up and the scallions turn golden, add spam and onions and stir-fry them over high heat :)
STEP 7/22
When onions become transparent, add kimchi
STEP 8/22
a spoonful of sugar
STEP 9/22
Add a spoonful of red pepper powder
STEP 10/22
Stir-fry the ingredients so that they mix well.
STEP 11/22
Stir-fry it for about 3 minutes, then push the ingredients aside and press down with a spoonful of seasoned soy sauce in the empty space.
STEP 12/22
Stir-fry soy sauce and ingredients to mix well and add a bowl of rice.
STEP 13/22
When mixing rice, you can turn it down to low heat or turn off the heat for a while.
When the rice and seasoning are mixed evenly, put it back on high heat and stir-fry it again over high heat.
STEP 14/22
Lastly, add a spoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds
STEP 15/22
If you mix it well, delicious spam fried rice is complete!!!
I didn't add anything else because it was just right for me, but if it's not enough, you can add salt.
STEP 16/22
It's good to put a half-cooked egg on top of it
To make it more special, I decorated it with quail eggs. :)
I saw it in a video of Kukat Korea a while ago and it was so pretty.
I tried it because I had quail eggs at home.
Break quail eggs into the measuring cup so that the yolk doesn't break
STEP 17/22
Press the rice into the rice bowl and turn it upside down in the middle of the pan.
We're going to fill the empty space of the pan with quail eggs.
If you use a regular rice bowl, I think it's appropriate to use a 18cm diameter pan.
I also made it using a 18cm diameter pan :)
STEP 18/22
Pour a bit of oil into the empty space
STEP 19/22
Turn the gas stove on low and place the quail eggs in the empty space of the pan. Carefully use a teaspoon to prevent the yolk from bursting, and adjust the spacing of the yolk.
When the egg white is cooked, it becomes concentrated, so you can adjust the yolk spacing.
STEP 20/22
Prepare a sheet of white cheddar cheese and yellow cheddar cheese, and use scissors to make the white cheddar cheese a little big. The yellow cheddar cheese is small and round and overlapped to make it into a fried egg shape like in the picture.
STEP 21/22
Put it on top of the fried rice and it's done :)
STEP 22/22
Spam kimchi fried rice, cheese, and half-cooked eggs are the best combination.
Make it pretty and delicious :)
