Remove oil after preparing commercial chicken breast cans

If you put it in a big bowl and rub it with your hands, it'll rip into small pieces
*If there are large chunks, tear them into small pieces with your hands

Chop carrot/green onion into small pieces, break egg and add salt/pepper powder
*Add and remove salt/pepper as desired

Mix eggs and vegetables well and mix evenly

Add olive oil to pan and mix #4
*Cook over medium heat

Mix it gently and stir-fry it until the egg mixture is cooked

It's soft and light
I couldn't put it in because I didn't have onions, but I think it'll be better if you chop the onions into small pieces
I'm on a diet instead of rice, and it's perfect for children to eat as a side dish
You can add ingredients at home or replace vegetables
