Use scissors to cut Kimchi.

3T is enough when you cut it with a spoon.

Mix the chopped kimchi and 1/3T of sugar.

Chop the green onions. (2T)

Prepare the smallest 85g can of tuna and leave the lid open.

Grease a pan with 2T cooking oil and stir-fry green onions over medium-low heat.
Until it's slightly golden

Add kimchi and chili tuna and stir-fry.

You can stir-fry all the ingredients when it feels like they're lumped together.

It's better to stir-fry rice with cold rather than hot rice.

Tuck in rice and mix evenly over high heat.

If the rice and ingredients are mixed well, remove from the heat and put them in a bowl.

Place one egg on a heated pan and fry until the pan is about to smoke.

Please put it on top of the tuna kimchi fried rice that I put in the bowl earlier. It looks good just by putting an egg on it, but it's perfect if you cut parsley powder or chives on top of it's perfect

I stir-fried cold rice and it was so delicious. Once again, it's a recipe that can't be tasteless.

Even if you sprinkle seaweed flakes on it according to your taste, it becomes a great fried rice.

You all know the savory taste when you break the yolk and mix it with hot fried rice, right? Prepare a tuna can, instant rice, and a pack of convenience store kimchi on the weekend or after work and complete it for 5 minutes.

Tips for making soft-boiled eggs
Using a spoon, pour hot oil over the whites around the yolk. There are people who cook the bottom part of the egg until it's cooked, but the top part isn't. If you pour hot oil on it, the top will be cooked to make it easier to eat.
