Cooking Steps

Wash carrots clean and drain.
(I only used four here.)~^^)

Peel the carrot and slice it thinly with a knife.
STEP 3/6
Add 1 teaspoon bamboo salt and mix; pickle carrots for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 4/6
Add 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of agave syrup, and 2 tablespoon of holgrain mustard to make the seasoning.
STEP 5/6
Mix carrot and seasoning well.
STEP 6/6
Store the mixed carrots in a bowl.
You can eat it like a carrot pickle, and carrot laffe, which is good as a sandwich or kimbap ingredient, is completed.^^
