There was only green mussels, so I used it, and instead of salt, herb salt and dried red pepper, it's perfect for me. (I can't eat spicy things well;;) It tastes better if you sprinkle it with lemon juice at the end. There's chandon brut that's cold, so it matches well when you eat it together! If you don't have mussels, you can eat it with clams. It would be better with grilled baguette next time.
It goes well with the wine I drank since I ate avocado salad on the side!
