STEP 1/11
Please make sticky rice paste in advance^^
Mix 5 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour + 500ml of water + 1T of salt,
Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring with a spatula.
STEP 2/11
Spread thin layer of glutinous rice paste on seaweed.
STEP 3/11
Spread glutinous rice paste and fold in half.
STEP 4/11
Place it in the dryer so that it doesn't stick to each other.
STEP 5/11
Spread glutinous rice paste again on top of dried seaweed.
This time, apply a lot unlike the first time.
The texture becomes more crispy^^
STEP 6/11
Spread evenly so that it doesn't clump together.
STEP 7/11
Place the sesame seeds according to the shape of the cut.
Press with teaspoon so that the sesame doesn't fall off.
STEP 8/11
Dry the glutinous rice paste until it becomes clear.
I dried it at 60 degrees for 5 hours^^
STEP 9/11
Cut the dried seaweed into bite-size pieces
STEP 10/11
Grease well and fry in shape.
If you put it in the oil, it will dry quickly,
If you want a flat shape, fry while pressing with a spatula^^
STEP 11/11
Add sugar or salt to the fried seaweed chips and mix them to your liking
My family eats it sweetly, so I just added sugar and mixed it^^
