Cut cabbage leaves and green onions into small pieces

I had beef bone broth, so I added beef bone broth I poured 500ml more water

Prepare a big pack of soft tofu
Please prepare 2 bags

Boil the chopped cabbage and cheongyang pepper in the beef bone broth
*You can use broth/anchovy broth again

When it starts to boil, scoop out the soft tofu with a spoon

Season with minced garlic/salt

Boil a spoonful of soft tofu until it's ready to boil, sprinkle the egg mixture evenly, and do not stir for 30 seconds

Add a bit of pepper powder on top and boil it for 2-3 minutes until the egg is cooked
If infants/children are going to eat together, please remove the cheongyang pepper
