It's a paper cup measurement for those who don't have a scale. Prepare 1/3 paper cup of brown sugar. (30g)

2/3 paper cups of white sugar (80 g)

1/5 paper cup of starch syrup (45 g)

Please check the picture for 70g of butter. It doesn't matter if it's not fully quantified, so you can prepare roughly the same amount.

Prepare 1/2t of baking soda.
The salt was about 1t after sweeping, but you can remove it when using seasoned microwave popcorn.

Fry the microwave popcorn

Add all ingredients except baking soda and make caramel

Mix it well and melt it

When all ingredients are melted, remove from heat and add baking soda immediately.
Swells like a dalgona.

Mix popcorn and caramel well

Place on paper foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or in a non-preheated air fryer for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, stir in the popcorn, bake for 2 more minutes in the oven and 1 more minute in the air fryer

Spread in a wide bowl and continue to mix until popcorn cools.
Tap the attached popcorn and mix it off.

Popcorn is first soggy and slightly greasy, but after it's completely cooled, it becomes a crispy, sweet movie theater-like caramel popcorn.
