Chop the cheongyang peppers and shred the onions

Preheat the pot, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and stir-fry onions and cheongyang peppers

When the onion becomes transparent, reduce the heat to low and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder. If you stir-fry it like this, it naturally creates chili oil and has a fire taste

Add 900cc of water and reheat over high heat. <UNT_PHL> Add the powder

When the water boils up, add the ramen noodles and boil them for about 4 minutes. If you stir well with chopsticks in the middle, you can enjoy more chewy noodles

When the noodles are almost cooked, add the octopus and boil for another minute, and that's it
For those who don't know how to defrost self-made octopus, we will also give you some tips on how to defrost it as a service. How to defrost octopus & how to eat it 1) Defrost it in cold water for 1-2 hours. 2) When the octopus is almost melted, wash it under running water. 3) Boil it in boiling water for 1 minute and eat it.
