I brought two small octopus that I bought on my way to the island I made stir-fried octopus as a side dish for dinner. After making bibimbap with the leftover stir-fried octopus I feel like I'm gaining strength.

Cooking Steps

If you stir-fry octopus on low heat, it can get tough I think the tip is to stir-fry it quickly over high heat. It tastes better if you add sesame oil at the end.
