STEP 1/9
Please prepare the cabbage on the market
You can slice it thinly at home
STEP 2/9
These days, they sell katsuobushi in small packages
It's easy to cook little by little
I prepared two bags
STEP 3/9
Beat in 4 eggs and salt
STEP 4/9
Pour the beaten egg mixture into the sliced cabbage and mix
STEP 5/9
In a pan that is not too big, add sunflower oil and spread evenly with a kitchen towel
STEP 6/9
Pour all the mixed cabbage egg water into the pan and sprinkle 1 bag of katsuobushi on top
STEP 7/9
Place on medium low heat, cover pan and cook 2-3 times
STEP 8/9
When you shake the pan, turn it upside down
I turned it upside down in a bigger pan
Flip it over and fry it for 1-2 minutes. That's it's done
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle the remaining 1 bag of katsuobushi evenly on top before the finished cabbage egg, sprinkle ketchup to your liking, or sprinkle mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, or pork cutlet sauce
You can add the tuna that has been drained according to your preference
