Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Make broth with anchovies, kelp, shrimp, dried pollack, green onion roots, etc.
STEP 2/4
Boil 1.5L of stock with chopped radish, bean sprouts, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
STEP 3/4
