Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
When the water starts to boil, add the eggs and simmer for 13 minutes.
If you like soft-boiled eggs, 9 minutes.

Cut the fish cake into triangular shapes, please.
STEP 3/7
Do not cut the bacon separately, but remove the bacon from each line at a time.

Boil the flour tteokbokki for 1 to 2 minutes to dissolve.

Boil beef bone broth, water, and mala sauce in a pan.

It's very hot, so adjust it to your taste.

When it boils, add cabbage, ground garlic, flour cake, bacon and boil it.

When it's boiled to a certain extent, add green onions and boiled eggs, and then boil it's done.
You can add more meat and other vegetables to the ingredients. *It would have been better if it was boiled in beef bone broth, but it was so delicious even with water. Especially, it was better because it had a little spice in it, which suited my family's taste.
