Ingredients
  • Seaweed
    20g
  • Beef
    300g
  • Sesame oil
    2TS
  • fish sauce
    2TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
  • cooking wine
    1TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak the cut in seaweed and rinse it
Remove the water lightly
STEP 2/5
Cut beef into a pot
Add 2 sesame oil, 2 fish sauce, 1 cooking wine
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry the beef while it's cooked
STEP 4/5
Soaked seaweed and soy sauce
Stir-fry on medium heat for 10 minutes
Put it on a plate
(Add minced garlic and stir-fry it)
STEP 5/5
As a side dish at my house
If you pour water and boil it, it becomes seaweed soup
