How to make egg dumplings as a snack. Egg dishes
I made soft and delicious egg dumplings using glass noodles, eggs, and vegetables in the refrigerator. It's good for snacks, side dishes, and side dishes for alcohol, and you can enjoy it more if you eat it with three sauces :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/22
First, boil the glass noodles. Boil water in a pot, and when the water boils, boil a handful of glass noodles.

Stir it with chopsticks once or twice so that the noodles don't stick to the floor

Boil it on high heat for about 5 minutes :)
STEP 4/22
When the glass noodles are boiled, drain them through a sieve.
Shake off the sieve and drain it.

Place drained glass noodles in a bowl and cut them as finely as possible with scissors.

Add 2 spoons of soy sauce
STEP 7/22
Add a spoonful of sugar.
STEP 8/22
Add pepper and a spoon of sesame oil.

Mix glass noodles well with a spoon to soak in the sauce.

Vegetables are delicious enough with just green onions, but you can also make them using the vegetables in the refrigerator. I put in carrots, mushrooms, and green onions. Chop up the carrots.

Chop the green onion into small pieces.
STEP 12/22
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Break 6 eggs and vegetables into a bowl.

Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and season.
Even if it's a little too much, I'm going to dip it in sauce later, so it's okay

If you mix it well with a spoon, the egg dumpling dough is complete. :)
All I have to do is fry it and it's over!!

Grease the pan thoroughly, preheat it, and when the pan is preheated, scoop the dough with a spoon and place it on top.

When the egg is 40% cooked, fold it in half with a spatula.

When one side is cooked, turn it over and bake both sides until golden.

Repeat until the egg mixture is gone.
You can make it faster if you fold it in half like in the picture and keep scooping the egg in the remaining space.

Mix the sauce according to the amount of ingredients above and eat it with it. :)
Personally, I strongly recommend the sauce mixed with Sriracha sauce and chili sauce!! Haha

* Make vegetables using small vegetables at home. * If you have leftover japchae, you can make it simpler by cutting the remaining japchae into small pieces and frying it. * Mushrooms improve the texture and taste of egg dumplings. If you have mushrooms at home, make sure to put them in and make them!!
