Hollandize Sauce Recipe How to make a simple version at home
What I made is not an official version. It's a simple version that I just put in the ones I have. You have to mix egg yolk and butter to make mayonnaise. This isn't easy. At home, you can use a blender at high speed It's more comfortable if you mix it. I'm just going to eat it soon, so I didn't make the texture of mayonnaise.
