Making dumpling hot pot with cold scallions
It's my first time buying a cross-dumpling with a thin skin of Pulmuone, so I made a delicious dumpling hot pot. I put various ingredients in the house and made a hearty meal.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the ingredients by wiping them clean. For dumplings, I used a thin cross section of Pulmuone,

Cut cabbage into 3 pieces and cut onions into 1/4 shreds Shaved shiitake mushrooms into 1 piece, enoki mushrooms into half pieces, green onions into long shreds, Cheongyang peppers in total
STEP 3/6
Add 700 to 750ml of water and boil it with a stock pack.
STEP 4/6
I have rice cake and tofu in the refrigerator, so I added more ingredients :)
STEP 5/6
Seasoning is soy sauce, minced garlic, tuna fish sauce, salt, pepper
STEP 6/6
Adjust the seasoning to your liking, and then add the egg to the end. Seasoned soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Dip them in cabbage and eat them with dumplings!
