I made it with ingredients for bibimbap. Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water and season them with seasoning It can also be used as a side dish.

Cooking Steps

Please wash the bean sprouts clean.
STEP 2/8
Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.
STEP 3/8
Drain on a sieve and rinse with cold water.
STEP 4/8
Please prepare chives and carrots.
STEP 5/8
Please make the seasoning ingredients.
STEP 6/8
Mix ingredients and seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 7/8
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix well.
STEP 8/8
It's complete if you put it on a plate or side dish container.
For the crunchy bean sprouts, I didn't stir-fry it, but seasoned it. Personally, if you don't have enough seasoning to try to eat bland, you can control it with salt.
