Please wash the bean sprouts clean.

Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.

Drain on a sieve and rinse with cold water.

Please prepare chives and carrots.

Please make the seasoning ingredients.
STEP 6/8
Mix ingredients and seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 7/8
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix well.
STEP 8/8
It's complete if you put it on a plate or side dish container.
For the crunchy bean sprouts, I didn't stir-fry it, but seasoned it.
Personally, if you don't have enough seasoning to try to eat bland, you can control it with salt.
