I made chrysalis soup with frozen chrysalis.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Red pepper powder

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Defrost the frozen pupa and wash it in cold water
STEP 2/15
Strain through a sieve.

Chop the onion into small pieces.

Chop the cheongyang peppers into small pieces.

Slice garlic on the side.

Put canola oil on the pan

Add onions and garlic

Stir-fry it.

When onions and garlic become transparent

Put in the chrysalis.

stir-fry pupa
STEP 12/15
Add 2 cups of water and boil over high heat.
STEP 13/15
When it boils, turn it down to medium heat
STEP 14/15
Cheongyang Red Pepper Powder 1/2T. Salt 1/2T. Pepper Powder Talk..Add 1T and boil it a little more.
