Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Remove blood from meat using a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/6
Add soy sauce, flavored soy sauce, plum extract, anchovy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame salt and sesame oil and mix.

Add to the beef and mix.
STEP 4/6
