Chop the onions finely.

Shred chicken breasts, chop them gently, and pat chicken legs with a knife.
*If it's hard, you can grind it in a grinder
It's better to cut it in a more textured way.

Season with ground garlic, red pepper powder, sugar, ginger syrup, red pepper paste, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
*If you don't have ginger syrup, add more soy sauce if you don't have oyster sauce.
*Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.

Put olive oil on a heated pan and season it
Scoop the chicken breast one by one and cook it until it's golden brown, turn it upside down and melt it on top of the cheese.
* It doesn't matter if you bake it in an air fryer or oven.

The cheese makes the chicken breast stick
If you don't put cheese on top, it falls off easily.
I baked it in a frying pan, but the shape doesn't get messed up when it's baked in a grill or oven. You can put cheese on it or not, but it tastes better when I put it on top.
