I'll make the sauce first!
2 tablespoons of red pepper paste
STEP 2/20
2 tablespoons of red pepper powder
STEP 3/20
a spoonful of sugar
STEP 4/20
2 spoons of plum extract
STEP 5/20
2 spoons of perilla oil
STEP 6/20
6 spoons of water (about 70ml)
STEP 7/20
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
STEP 8/20
Mix it well and make the sauce.
If you make the sauce, it's all done :)
STEP 9/20
I used 3 bags of 100g of enoki mushrooms :)
STEP 10/20
Wash it under running water and shake off the water
STEP 11/20
Cut off the messy bottom.
STEP 12/20
Pour 3 spoons of sesame oil and 2 spoons of canola oil into a pan and spread mushrooms on top.
STEP 13/20
If it's cooked on high heat, turn it upside down and cook the other side, too
Spoon half of the sauce on top of it.
Leave the heat on medium heat.
STEP 14/20
Turn the sauce over with tongs when you're done putting it on.
Turn it over and put all the remaining seasoning on top :)
STEP 15/20
The sauce may burn, so put it on medium low heat and spoon the sauce and bake it.
STEP 16/20
Turn off the heat when the sauce is moderately boiled :)
STEP 17/20
When plating, cut chives or green onions into small pieces and put them on top to make it look prettier and more delicious with scallions.
Cut the green onion into small pieces.
STEP 18/20
Place the grilled enoki mushroom and red pepper paste on a plate and place the chopped green onions in the middle. Lastly, I'm done if I spray a little bit of sesame!!
STEP 19/20
It has a slightly sour taste with plum juice, but the spicy and sweet seasoning is really delicious. Grilled enoki mushroom gochujang with good texture and taste because the sauce is soaked between enoki mushrooms.
STEP 20/20
If you put it on top of warm rice, a bowl of rice will be gone in no time :)
Make it delicious and eat it!!
