Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Seasoning the meat. Add minced garlic, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well and season.
STEP 2/10
Put the stock ingredients (anchovy, kelp, depot, etc.) in 1L of water and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes to boil the stock.

Chop the onions, green onions, and peppers to put in the pork stew. I also added spring dong for a chewable taste. Cut the kimchi into small pieces.

    I used the recipe and boiled it with fish roe instead of anchovy broth and salted shrimp instead of soy sauce^^ I was worried because it was my first time cooking it, but I saw a good recipe and enjoyed it~^^
