Seasoning the meat. Add minced garlic, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well and season.

Put the stock ingredients (anchovy, kelp, depot, etc.) in 1L of water and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes to boil the stock.

Chop the onions, green onions, and peppers to put in the pork stew. I also added spring dong for a chewable taste. Cut the kimchi into small pieces.

Add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil and stir-fry the marinated meat.

Stir-fry the meat until the color is gone, then add chopped kimchi. Stir-fry meat and kimchi together.

When the meat and kimchi are cooked enough, add all the cut vegetables.

I have mushroom powder and pork potato powder at home, so I put in a spoonful of each. (Optional)
