Marinate chicken tenderloin in milk for about 30 minutes. It removes the smell of chicken, and it's for a softer meat texture.

Rinse chicken tenderloin well marinated in milk and season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes so that the liver can be cut well.

Prepare egg water, flour, and bread crumbs during liver veil!

First, coat it with flour.

After flour, coat it with egg water

Lastly, put bread crumbs on it

Repeat this process and when all chicken tenderloin is ready, fry it in oil or return the air fryer according to your preference.
I applied a little bit of oil and turned it back and forth with an air fryer at 180 degrees for 7 minutes.

If you divide the chicken tender into a zipper bag, freeze it, take out as much as you want, and heat it every time you eat it in the air fryer, you can eat it hot^^
