STEP 1/11
I'll wash seaweed.
Put seaweed in a big bowl and put water in it.
STEP 2/11
Stir in water with long chopsticks.
STEP 3/11
Shake it like this and scoop it out on the strainer.
If you move it with long chopsticks, you can see the foreign substances well.
Repeat this process about three times and clean it.
STEP 4/11
Rinse three times and drain.
STEP 5/11
I don't put anything in but I like to stick seaweed on. The scent and savory taste of seaweed is maximized.
I put in eggs, peppers, oysters, and shrimp, and it was really delicious that only seaweed was added.
Mix one and a half paper cups of pancake mix with two paper cups of water.
STEP 6/11
Please add about 200g of seaweed.
STEP 8/11
You don't have to cut it and stick it on, but I like to stick it thin, so I cut it all into small pieces
STEP 9/11
Please scoop up a spoon of rice and fry it.
Just a little bit of oil
STEP 10/11
Cook well, flipping back and forth.
If you fry it thinly, it's crispy at the end, but if you fry it thickly, it's chewy like rice cake when it cools down.
It's chewy and delicious even when it's cold.
You can cook seaweed fulvescens slightly. It's delicious even if you grill them like me.
STEP 11/11
Seaweed pancake is done
When you wash seaweed fulvescens, stir them with long chopsticks and take them out once in a while, and it's very good without foreign substances.
Don't put too much oil on it.
