Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom. (I used one block.)

Finely chop the green peppers (I put 2/3 in) and put them in egg water

Prepare four eggs First, mix the two finely, and then sprinkle the salt on it

I put cooking oil in the wok, preheated it, coated it with oil with a spatula, and added all the egg water Adjust the heat to medium heat and fold when the edges start to cook

You can fold it right away or I'm done with a moderate amount of mozzarella cheese You can add flat cheese

The wok's coating wasn't good, so I put a lot of cooking oil and coated it, but it's neatly made

It's wrapped in eggs, so you don't have any objection to vegetables It's thick, so it's full and not greasy. The green pepper isn't spicy, so kids can eat it well
