Neapolitan spaghetti
It is a Japanese style pasta that stir-fry boiled pasta noodles with tomato ketchup with onions, bell peppers, and sausages. It is said that after World War II, ketchup and sausages from U.S. troops were used to make it by a Japanese hotel chef. There's really no pasta of this name in Italy. But you can be surprised because it's delicious enough without pasta sauce.
