Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Rinse the tteokbokki rice cake two or three times in water and soak it in warm water while making the sauce.
STEP 2/6
Boil 2 1/2 cups of water (500ml) and seasoning ingredients in a pot.

When the sauce boils up completely, add the tteokbokki rice cake, reduce the heat to medium, and boil it for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
