Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash sweet potatoes clean with vinegar from the skin. Drain, please. You can wash it with baking soda.

Pour enough water to cover the sweet potatoes in a pot and boil 1 sheet of dried kelp. The salt of the dried kelp makes the sweet potato ripen quickly by increasing the boiling point. Depending on the size of the sweet potato, the cooking time varies.

Peel the sweet potato and mash it in a bowl. You have to crush it when it's hot.
