STEP 1/10
Cut a green onion and prepare it.
STEP 2/10
Defrost frozen dumplings in the microwave or at room temperature and cut them into small pieces.
STEP 3/10
Break two eggs in a bowl and stir to make egg water.
STEP 4/10
Grease the wok with plenty of cooking oil, add chopped green onions, and stir-fry them over high heat to make green onion oil.
STEP 5/10
When the green onion is cooked until golden brown, and the green onion flavor comes up, add the chopped frozen dumplings and stir-fry them.
STEP 6/10
When the dumplings are well fried, push the ingredients aside, pour the egg mixture into the empty space, and stir quickly to make scrambled eggs.
STEP 7/10
When the scrambled eggs are finished, push the eggs to one side and put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in the hottest part of the empty space. Then, the soy sauce is boiled like it's being burnt.
STEP 8/10
After about 10 seconds, stir-fry the soy sauce to mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 9/10
When all the ingredients are well mixed, add 2 bowls of rice and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
STEP 10/10
When the rice is all fried, turn off the heat, put sesame oil on it, and mix it!
The taste slightly changes depending on which dumpling you use, so even if you make it every day, it doesn't bite easily o('')o
