Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
1. Please prepare the ingredients

Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1ts of salt, about 2 minutes, and blanch bean sprouts and water parsley slightly

Cut the cucumber into small pieces, sprinkle some salt, and marinate it for 10 minutes

Chop the blanched water parsley and bean sprouts into small pieces while the cucumbers are pickled.

Now, cut the pickled cucumber into small pieces

Microwave the chicken for about 2 minutes, then chop it finely

Season the blanched cabbage leaves with 1ts of salt and 1T of sesame oil.

Mix all the ingredients and seasonings to make dumpling filling

Sprinkle a bit of starch on the inside of the cabbage leaves and add a spoonful of dumpling filling.

Add the filling and roll from the hard side to the thin side of the cabbage leaf

Steam the rolled Soongchae dumplings in a steamer for about 8 minutes

You can eat the completed Soongchae dumplings with vinegar soy sauce^^

If it's too big to eat, you can cut it like gimbap and eat it in one bite
Soongchae dumplings are good to eat cold, so you can choose cold or warm depending on your preference Instead of chicken breast, you can use minced pork, beef, mushrooms, or mashed tofu!
