Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare blueberries and aronias.
(You can mix it or make one at a time.)
STEP 2/10
Put it in a pot.
STEP 3/10
You can add sugar in a 1:1 ratio or if you don't like it too sweet, add only 700g.
STEP 4/10
Mix evenly and let stand for 15 minutes to let the water out slightly.
STEP 5/10
Bring to a boil over low gas heat, turning over low heat of gas.

Boil, stirring, until the pulp is somewhat lumpy. (Be careful not to burn the floor!)

Remove the foam from the boiling.

When the concentration is slightly thick, add lemon juice and turn off the gas stove.
(Lemon acts as a preservative, so put it in. The concentration must be slightly watery when it is hot to become the concentration of jam when it cools down. If you make it stiff from the beginning, it can become like grain syrup when it cools, so please check the concentration carefully.)

Disinfect glass containers.

Put it in a sterilized glass container to complete it. (Use it as a sauce for bread, yogurt, salad, meat dishes, etc. or put it in carbonated water to make it an ade.)
Blueberries are sweet, but Aronia is sweet and has a unique bitter taste, so if you don't like the taste, make sure to add sugar in the same proportion as the pulp and boil it slowly over a gas fire to make it jam, so be careful not to burn.
