STEP 1/12
Wash the green onions well and chop them.
STEP 2/12
Add 1T of sesame oil, 1T of cooking oil, and 1T of minced garlic (based on rice spoon) and stir-fry over low heat to make garlic oil.
If you cook it on high heat, garlic will burn, so make sure to cook it on low heat!
STEP 3/12
If the garlic is stir-fried to a certain extent, add the beef tripe.
STEP 4/12
Now stir-fry beef belly in garlic oil.
STEP 5/12
When the meat is cooked enough, add 1.5T of red pepper powder and stir-fry.
(If you like spicy food, add 1.5T, and if you don't like spicy food, add 1T.)
STEP 6/12
In the garlic oil made by frying garlic, red pepper powder and meat are stir-fried to form red pepper oil.
STEP 7/12
Pour the pre-boiled hot water into the coffee pot until the meat fills itself.
STEP 8/12
Add hot water and boil once,
STEP 9/12
Add soft tofu, please.
Put the soft tofu in the stew and cut it into four pieces with a spoon.
STEP 10/12
Add the green onions that I cut earlier.
STEP 11/12
Now add 1T each of the sand lance extract and soy sauce and season.
STEP 12/12
It's done!
A lot of soft tofu is crushed, but it's still very delicious.
The rich taste of the meat broth, the spicy taste of red pepper oil, and the softness of beef belly and soft tofu. It tastes the opposite of seafood soft tofu stew. :)
I think beef brisket or thin beef would be good in addition to beef brisket.
