Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
First, wash the webfoot octopus. I sprinkled salt and washed it under running water.
STEP 2/14
I washed it in running water and drained it
I put the burdock in because it was at home. It's not an essential ingredient
STEP 3/14
First, parboil the webfoot octopus in boiling water for 20 seconds
STEP 4/14
Cut it into bite-sized pieces
STEP 5/14
I already made the sauce
Add 1.5T red pepper paste, 4T red pepper powder, 5T soy sauce, 3.5T oligosaccharide, 2T cooking wine, 1T sesame oil, and pepper and mix
STEP 6/14
I cut 1/2 of the bottom of the green onion and 3 garlic pieces on one side, put oil, and turned on the heat. Add green onion and garlic oil!
STEP 7/14
Stir-fry the green onions and garlic, and if you think there's some perm oil, add 1/2 onions, 1/2 green onion, and 2 cheongyang peppers
STEP 8/14
When the vegetables are deep-fried, add rice cake soup
STEP 9/14
When the rice cake is soft, add the sauce
STEP 10/14
Add gopchang and stir-fry it together! I sold boiled pig intestines at E-Mart I used that.
STEP 11/14
Add the burdock and stir-fry it together
STEP 12/14
Now, add the webfoot octopus! If you stir-fry it for a long time, it'll get tough and stir-fry it quickly
STEP 13/14
Add jjukumi and stir-fry it to make water. If you stir-fry it quickly over high heat, the sauce will boil down a little. Stir-fry a little quickly and serve in a bowl
STEP 14/14
It's delicious with rice, and I think it'll be great as a side dish for drinking.
When I made it, it tasted like seafood rice cake and it was really delicious. I think it would be good to make it with more rice cakes. Eat it as a side dish of rice, and if there's any seasoning left, I think it'll be good to eat tteokbokki there! I think you can replace it with octopus or squid instead of webfoot octopus.
