Cooking Steps

Add a bit of salt and blanch the broccoli.

Boil water, soybean paste, shiitake powder, garlic, and stir-fry blanched broccoli.

[Stir-fried cabbage] Chop the cabbage.

Stir-fry cooking oil and garlic and add cabbage.

If you sigh, season it with fish sauce and add sesame oil and sesame salt to finish.

[Radish greens] Slice the radish and prepare it.

Add cooking oil and stir-fry garlic first.

Stir-fry radish, fish sauce, and water, and add sesame salt and sesame oil to finish.

[Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms] Stir-fry garlic with cooking oil and stir-fry sliced mushrooms, water, and fish sauce.

Stir-fry onions and finish with sesame salt and sesame oil.

[Stir-fried lotus root perilla seeds] Boil a drop or two of vinegar in boiling water.

Boil the sauce with water, perilla powder, soy sauce, and garlic, then stir-fry the lotus root.

Add sesame oil and sesame salt, and finish with salt for the lack of seasoning.
